There are other hotels of note in Las Vegas as well, including the Luxor hotel, where the decor is ancient Egyption and the spa suites are fantastic.  Here you can look out at the strip while soaking in a lovely spa for two.  The beds and couches here are nice to sink down into as they are so soft and luxurious.
